PUERTO PRINCESA CITY — Authorities on Tuesday arrested in Rizal town the two suspects in the New Year’s Day killing of a businessman in Quezon, Palawan province.
Joint operatives of Quezon town police, Palawan Police Provincial Office Investigation and Detection Management Unit , Provincial Intelligence Unit, and other police operating units in the province arrested Rowel Monserate at around 1 p.m. in Purok Masagana, Barangay Bunog and his companion, who was not identified in the report.
