Football Insider has been told by sources that Swansea City and Coventry City are plotting to sign Portsmouth defender Zak Swanson
Swansea City and Coventry City are keeping tabs on Portsmouth defender Zak Swanson,The right-back, 22, impressed last season at Portsmouth after joining the club in the summer of 2022 from Arsenal.
The versatile defender made 25 appearances in all competitions for Portsmouth last term and chipped in with two goals and one assist., who came through the ranks at Arsenal, had a loan spell in Holland with MVV Maastricht in 2020 and he was a regular for the club’s Under-23s. He did not make his senior bow for the Gunners but played three times when on loan with MVV Maastricht in the Netherlands’ second-tier.
