Commuters in Sydney and New South Wales are warned of potential train delays due to planned industrial action by rail workers. Negotiations between the Rail, Tram and Bus Union (RTBU) and the government failed, leading to the RTBU's decision to proceed with slowdowns, causing trains to operate 23 kilometers per hour slower than usual. All lines are expected to be impacted, with inner-city services and the South Coast line facing the most significant disruptions. Transport for NSW advises passengers to allow extra travel time and check for updates.
