TAG Heuer makes a triumphant return as Formula One's official timekeeper, marking a continuation of its rich motor racing heritage. To celebrate this partnership, TAG introduces five new watches to the iconic Formula One collection, featuring racing-inspired designs and colours. The collection includes four chronographs with captivating colourways inspired by night Grand Prix races and a special edition automatic chronograph co-developed with Oracle Red Bull Racing.

A few weeks ago, TAG Heuer had an accelerated start to the year by dropping three Instagram posts titled ‘We Are Back’. In 2024, a few racing-related watches sparked suspicions of what was to come. This proved it: the Swiss watchmaker returns as Formula One ’s official timekeeper. Having already done the role from 1992 to 2003, and with an already lauded motor racing history, it’s a natural fit.

Grounding the collection are four chronographs, all featuring design elements that can be pinned back to the famed automobile. The colours take inspiration from Grand Prix’s held at night; vivid hues found along the racetrack are set against a dark case, that reflects the aerodynamic lines of F1 cars with the signature shape evoking its nose. While the bezel, with its micro- perforations, subtly references the brake discs on the fastest machines on the planet.
