Lancashire Police are currently at the scene this morning where a cordon is now in place. Authorities have blocked off part of the A586 Talbot Road that stands in between Blackpool North railway station and Sainsbury's. The road is closed in both directions as police deal with the incidents. Police cars and vans can be seen outside the supermarket and train station.
