Taraji P. Henson was just named one of the 2024 Women of the Year by TIME magazine, and at an event honoring her recognition, the Color Purple star looked like one of the best dressed women of the year thanks to her plunging see-through look.The actor attended the ceremony in an archival Donna Karan gown that was composed of a waterfall of black sequins embroidered onto a sheer fishnet base.
It also appeared as if Henson wore black boy shorts underneath the gown, but it’s unclear if this was originally part of the design or not.To round out her look, the Empire actor wore dangly shoulder duster earrings from Jacob Co. in silver, and she matched the earrings with her large dazzling rings. She had her hair pulled up into a messy bun on top of her head, with one long side bang framing her face. She also sported long maroon nails that were seen as she posed on the red carpet.
