James Tarkowski took aim at the body language and mentality of his Everton team-mates following the defeat to Aston Villa.
Douglas Luiz added a second from the penalty spot just before the break after Jordan Pickford brought down Ollie Watkins inside the box. Leon Bailey then added a third after pouncing on a mistake by Michael Keane six minutes into the second-half, before Jhon Duran completed the rout 15 minutes from time after another defensive disaster.
"We started well for about seven minutes and then capitulated," Tarkowski said after the game. "I saw poor body language.
