Tartan Army party with Americans in Boston fan zone as hosts win opener

Scotland fans have been enjoying the American hospitality since arriving over the pond earlier this week.

As temperatures continued to hit over 30C on Friday, fans soaked up the sunshine as they headed to Boston Common to watch charity champion Craig Ferguson finish his mammoth walk from LA on Friday afternoon.

Revellers then flooded into the many local boozers for refreshments - and as the sun set on another exciting day, the focus soon turned to our host's first fixture.have been enjoying getting pictures with the many kilted fans, and this new found relationship soon switched as our fans joined together to support the locals. The Scots cheered as a Folarin Balogun double helped fire the US into an early 3-0 win, and a half time performer thanked us visitors for our support.

Fans danced together and pictures were soon being taken as those in attendance held up saltires alongside the stars and stripes.a chance to check out the area which is expected to hold 5,000 ticketless supporters during the Haiti match tonight.
