The meteor shower should be visible with the naked eye
Every year from October to late November, the Taurid meteor shower occurs as the Earth passes through a cloud of debris left behind by Comet Encke. When Encke returns, ice and rock sheds into space which forms a vast stream of debris.
Norther Taurids are expected to peak on the 11 and 12 of November. The Taurid name comes from the fact the show comes from the direction of the constellation Taurus and it could be visible for weeks.
