A primary school maths teacher in Nottinghamshire has been banned from teaching after he hacked into a colleague's phone and tried to send an intimate video of her to himself.
Brendon Fallows, a 37-year-old primary school maths teacher, was banned from teaching after hacking into a colleague's phone and attempting to send an intimate video of her to himself. Fallows took the woman's phone from her coat pocket while she was at work and guessed her password, accessing her photos and videos. He admitted to the allegations, stating that his 'curiosity was overtaken by adrenaline'.
The Teaching Regulation Agency panel ruled that Fallows' actions constituted unacceptable professional conduct and recommended to the secretary of state that he be barred from teaching with a two-year review period
