A teacher plans to sue the school she taught at after she was allegedly fired over a topless selfie that was leaked to a student.
Miranda said she plans to file a $3 million federal suit for gender discrimination after the school district fired her on Wednesday, claiming her rights as a woman were violated, although she said she will not file the lawsuit if she is given her job back. ‘Anytime a man has ever exposed his chest, no one has ever commented or had a problem with it whatsoever,’ Ray said.Miranda taught math at Bellport Middle School for the past four years, but was fired on Wednesday
