Teacher Brittany Zamora allegedly 'touched' the boy while his classmate was asked to stand guard at the door, the second student claimed.
The next day, Zamora allegedly asked the student to stand watch again, but he declined. Afterwards, he said his classmate told him he had sex with the teacher.
The victim said that Zamora asked him to message her, saying she was bored at school one day, but the messages quickly turned to flirting, then evolved into a sexual relationship. Police say that the pair had sex in Zamora’s car and the classroom, with the other student acting as a lookout at least once.He recounted the first time Zamora allegedly kissed him. He said he was saying goodbye to her after class one day when she grabbed his shirt and pulled him in for a hug, but then kissed him.
