The Technology Systems Administrator will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and administration of core business systems, including ERP, CRM , BI, and Workflow platforms. The role requires a proactive, systems-oriented professional with a strong grasp of enterprise software, user support, and digital workflow optimization.
This position will work closely with superusers, IT teams, and vendors across multiple regions to ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability in support of operational and conservation goals.· Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, BI, and workflow solutions .· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot software-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.· Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and user guides.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system-related projects and new rollouts.· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.· Experience with ERP , CRM , or BI tools .· Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.· Ability to work independently in a geographically distributed team environment.
