A TEENAGER was caught with drugs in his boxers after being searched at a police station.
Cops attended Conner McMahoney’s home in Partick at 5.30am on March 19, 2022. This was in relation to another matter.He started to shout and swear, telling them to “f**k off” and “f**k you”.When officers took hold of him, he began to tense his arms and throw them to prevent handcuffs from being applied.
At Glasgow Sheriff Court, the prosecutor said: “A small bag containing five smaller bags of white powder was found within a rip within the front pouch of the accused’s boxers. Sheriff Patricia Pryce said: “I’ve dealt with him in the youth court before and he didn’t take advantage of the deferred sentence. He’s currently subject to a 19-month community payback order.”
The sheriff replied: “Cocaine; he does understand it’s a class A drug and if he keeps doing it he’ll end up in jail?”
