A TEENAGER was allegedly sexually assaulted during the pyro-hit Premiership match between Dundee and Rangers.
Cops confirmed an investigation is underway following claims of a sexual assault involving a 13-year-old girl at Dens Park in Dundee on November 1.
A spokesperson for Dundee Football Club revealed the alleged incident took place in the Bob Shankly stand which houses the away fans.Wednesday's game was halted after just two minutes after a number of flares were lit in the away section of the stadium. The game was delayed for 18 minutes after kick-off had initially been put back by 45 minutes following the late arrival of the Rangers team amid traffic problems.spokesperson said:"We are carrying out enquiries following an allegation of sexual assault involving a 13-year-old girl which happened at Dens Park in Dundee on Wednesday, November 1, 2023."
A spokesperson for Dundee Football Club said:"Dundee Football Club can confirm we are aware of an incident which took place in the Bob Shankly stand during Wednesday’s match against Rangers.
