Teen girl arrested as man killed and woman hurt in house blaze after pair pulled from burning house
A TEEN girl has been arrested after a man died and woman was rushed to hospital following a house fire.
Firefighters managed to pull the man, in his 50s, and woman, aged in her 30s, from the building and give them CPR. A pet dog was also killed in the blaze, which is being investigated by police and West Midlands Fire Service. Police confirmed an 18-year-old girl has been arrested in on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life.Horrified neighbours claimed the man was killed after helping his partner escape from a top-floor window.
