A 13-year-old was arrested in connection to a drive-by shooting in Austin, Texas, where nine people had to take evasive action. The teen was also linked to the shooting death of Francisco Miranda and multiple other shootings.
On March 25, APD executed a search warrant in East Austin and found a 13-year-old with"multiple extended capacity pistol magazines" that were linked to the gun used in Miranda's death.
APD Det. Nicholas Gebhart said they still believe the shooting that killed Miranda was a random act of violence and that the 13-year-old was linked to multiple other shootings.
