An alcohol-fuelled teenager threatened to punch a complete stranger's "skull to bits" in front of his young son, spat at police and damaged a fence and a car - all on the same day.
The youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before magistrates in Welshpool on Monday where he admitted six charges: possession of a Class B drug ; assault by beating of an emergency worker; using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause alarm or distress; criminal damage; racially aggravated intentional harassment/alarm; and using threatening or abusive words with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence.
