Teenager who beat boy with learning difficulties ‘because it was funny’ apologises
Nathan Housecroft, 19, has apologised for beating a 15-year-old boy with learning difficulties
Police said Housecroft and two 15-year-old accomplices beat up their victim in a ‘sickening and horrific’ attack on August 21 last year in Bridlington, East Yorkshire.‘I should never have let things get out of control and I lashed out in the heat of the moment. I want to apologise for everything and want bygones to be bygones.‘The day after the fight I went round to the boy’s house and shook his hand to apologise.
‘I suffered with PTSD for years after seeing my uncle die, and I just didn’t care what I did. I have changed things now.’
