Teenager is jailed for a month for stealing a KitKat bar from Co-Op
James Kelly, from Belfast, was ordered to serve a month in the Young Offenders Centre for the theft of the £1 chocolate bar and disorderly behaviour at the scene.The 19-year-old, of no fixed abode, admitted carrying out the offences at a Co-Op store on the city's Upper Malone Road on Tuesday.Prosecutors said he also shouted and swore at customers, refusing to modify his behaviour when police arrived.
