Four teenagers have been arrested after a devastating fire left people unable to return to their homes in Cheshire. Neighbours were evacuated after a blaze broke out at a disused building on Catherine Street, in Crewe, on Friday .
At the height of the blaze, 15 fire engines were in attendance on Friday night, plus specialist equipment. Firefighters left the scene on Sunday evening, but efforts to clean up the area have continued today .Catherine Street and Frances Street were closed for cleaning, with residents told they would have to wait for that to be completed before they can return home. Police arrested a 12-year-old boy on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life.
