A Telford man has been disqualified from the road for 12 months for failing to give a specimen of breath when asked by police, despite the court conceding there was no evidence he was driving a car.
Telford Magistrates Court heard on Tuesday that Shahid Hussain, 24, of Crescent Road, Hadley, was in a car spotted by West Mercia Police being driven without a rear light earlier this year on August 21.
