Man Utd returned to winning ways on Saturday night thanks to a narrow 1-0 win against Burnley at Turf Moor
Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has been told he risks damaging team morale if he decides to take Hannibal Mejbri out of the starting XI after his impressive display in the victory over Burnley.
After the match, which was decided by a superb Bruno Fernandes volley in first-half stoppage time, Sky Sports pundit Tim Sherwood told Premier League Productions how impressed he was with the 20-year-old. "A real positive from the performance when I look at the individual performances for Man United? Hannibal, I thought [he] was good," Sherwood explained.
"I think he had a great game and he can only get better, I just hope he stays in the team. He earned the right rather than one of the superstars coming back and getting in ahead of him, which is not good for team morale and team spirit."
