Tennis star's boyfriend suddenly dies aged 42 leaving her 'heartbroken'

Tennis player Aryna Sabalenka has tragically lost her boyfriend, Konstantin Kolstov, as he died suddenly at the age of 42 – with the tennis world paying tribute

Tennis superstar Aryna Sabalenka has been left heartbroken after her partner Konstantin Koltsov tragically passed away aged 42.

Aryna, who unfortunately lost her father Sergey at just 43 back in November 2019, is yet to officially comment on this sad news. However, it seems that the tennis community is already providing much-needed support. The statement from his old club read: "It is with deep sorrow that we inform you that the coach of Salavat Yulaev, Konstantin Koltsov, has passed away." It continued: "He was a strong and cheerful person, he was loved and respected by players, colleagues, and fans."

Konstantin proudly represented Belarus in the 2002 and 2010 Olympics and took part in three seasons with American ice-hockey big Guns, Pittsburgh Penguins.
