Terry's announced a new Chocolate Milk Ball set to hit UK shelves in October and diehard confection fans aren't happy about it.
Confection giant Terry’s has outraged fans with its newest version of the beloved chocolate orange. For many families around the UK, the Terry’s chocolate orange is a national institution.
Last year the confectionery company broadened its range with a mint edition, which proved so popular it sold around the country. Chocolate expert Jennifer Earle told The Sun: 'Terry’s Chocolate Orange is a classic, so launching a version without the orange is a bit ridiculous. The chocolate orange made its debut in 1932. Terry’s wants its treats to be eaten all year round, not just in December. This year it aims to move 'beyond orange' by introducing the plain milk chocolate product.Another described the new choc as 'pointless' but added: 'Obviously I bought one.' Another took to X and simply asked 'why?'
