Tesco issues urgent recall for vegan product that may contain milk

An undeclared ingredient means the product may not be suitable for vegans or anyone with a dairy allergy.

Tesco shoppers are being urged not to consume a plant-based curry as an undeclared ingredient means it may not be suitable for vegans.

As reported by WalesOnline, an alert issued by the food regulator stated: "Tesco is recalling Tesco Plant Chef Sweet Potato & Chickpea Tikka Masala because it may contain milk which is not mentioned on the label. This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents."
