The supermarket says hundreds of products will be affected by the switch-up.
For the first time, certain products instore will include instructions for cooking them in an air fryer, with hundreds of own-brand products set to have them in the future.
Birmingham Live reports that this is the beginning of a "major" rollout of air fryer cooking instructions that will eventually cover over one hundred of Tesco's own-brand products. As well as this, three new Tesco Own Brand Frozen Breaded Chicken products - Salt and Chilli Chicken Strips, Southern Fried Chicken Strips and Breaded Chicken Strips, will also feature a label with air fryer cooking instructions.
It was revealed last year that air fryers are one of the cheapest cooking appliances to use at home, and they're also healthier as they use less oil than some traditional cooking methods.
