Tesco website and app down
has responded to customer concerns on Twitter and a member of its social media team said: "We're having a few technical issues at the moment but our IT team are on top of them and they'll hopefully be sorted soon.We've contacted Tesco to find out what has happened and will update the story once we've heard back.Some customers reported onOthers said theirs were axed and new delivery slots weren't available until the weekend.
You should gather evidence, for example a delivery receipt, and get in touch with Tesco's customer service team. For online grocery order issues you can ring 0800 323 4040 which is free to call from landlines and mobiles.
