La compañía con sede en Austin, Texas, dice que hasta ahora no ha recibido ningún reporte de choque o heridas por el problema. Tesla reemplazará el motor controlador de los limpiaparabrisas sin cobrarle a los propietarios, que serán notificados por correo el 18 de agosto. En cuanto al otro llamado, una pieza en la caja de la camioneta puede soltarse y salir disparada, creando un peligro a otros conductores.
