Now rocking her 50s, Tess – once branded a 'bird brain' by a BBC colleague – is setting her own beauty standards and swears by a consistent skincare regimen. She revealed: "I believe in investing in my skin as I do in my general health, looking after what you have got. Over time, my skin felt more radiant, boosted and fresh."
