Texas and Mississippi lift ALL their COVID restrictions as both GOP governors say 'it's time to reopen'
Texas Gov Greg Abbott announced an end to COVID-19 restrictions and mask mandates beginning March 10. Abbott said Texas will also do away with limits on the number of diners that businesses can serve indoors. Shortly after his announcement, Mississippi Gov Tate Reeves said the state will open as soon as Wednesday.
