Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced on Thursday that the federal government has updated the major disaster declaration for Hurricane Beryl to include 10 additional Texas counties.
Those counties include Austin, Brazoria, Colorado, Harris, Jasper, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, San Jacinto, and Wharton.SUGGESTED: SEAM scandal: Attorney of families seek extensive financial records from REGIONS BanksAccording to the release, the above counties are now eligible for reimbursement for permanent work through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Public Assistance program.
