Texas House Speaker signs ARREST warrants for 52 Democrat lawmakers after they stalled state proceedings for the third time
Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan late Tuesday signed 52 arrest warrants for Democrats who left the state for Washington D.C. in mid-July. A few Democrats have returned to the House chamber for the second special legislative session of the year but many of them are still absent from the session.
