Texas Longhorns lose another running back to injury during practice

Clark, like fellow Horns running back C.J. Baxter, is expected to miss the entire 2024 season.

Texas football announced on Tuesday that freshman running back Christian Clark went down in Monday’s practice after suffering a torn Achilles tendon. Clark will undergo surgery and is expected to miss the entire 2024-25 season.. Baxter will also undergo surgery and will miss the entire season, as well. He was the Longhorns’ leading return rusher heading into the new season.
