London Underground members are being balloted
Transport for London has pledged to continue talking to unions about pay and conditions following the threat of strikes.
The union said LU has made an offer which would see most grades receive a below-inflation pay rise and is freezing most pay ranges, which it claims raises the possibility of long-term, or indefinite, pay freezes. “We have held a number of constructive discussions with our trade unions and have considered their feedback on our pay offer.
