TVP released the most recent report earlier this month after the first was published in the spring.

New figures show 30 serving Thames Valley Police officers or staff were sacked for sexual misconduct over a period of nearly four and a half years.

An updated report by the force showed 11 rape accusations were made against employees from February 2020 until the end of June, including four this year. In it, TVP said complaints "increased significantly" in 2023 and that many are still being investigated. "This shows that confidence is starting to increase in the reporting of these allegations," the force said.Of 245 allegations involving 216 staff, 126 were finalised by the force as "case to answer".TVP said the reports were "designed to be transparent with the reporting and findings of allegations of sexual misconduct to improve confidence in reporting these matters".
