‘That’s what I want’: Simmons’ bold Boomers claim amid startling injury reveal
Ben Simmons insists he is “100 per cent” interested in representing Australia at the 2024 Olympics in Paris as he looks to put an injury-riddled two years behind him.
Simmons has endured a torrid few years since his infamous 2021 playoffs performance with the Philadelphia 76ers where his offensive confidence was shot to pieces.However, Simmons missed the entire 2021/22 season and almost half of the 2022/23 season due to back issues. But if the 27-year-old enjoys a big season with the Nets this year, it could put him in the frame for a spot in the Boomers squad at the Olympics.
