Massimo Davitti, teacher at the Tessieri School and pastry chef of the Valenza Group, which has owned Caffè Gilli, Paszkowski in Florence since 2017, shares the pastry production with his right-hand man Ivan Santoro.
Originally made up of two edifices belonging to two aristocratic Florentine families, the Gaddi and the Arrighetti, it features typically Florentine architecture and was recently renovated by internationally renowned interior designers Patrizia Quartero and Guy Oliver, preserving the features of the Renaissance period.
