A 'disorientated' Joe Biden put in a disastrous performance during a 90-minute head-to-head with Donald Trump, sending the Democratic party into total panic and raising the spectre that he could be replaced as candidate for the 2024 general election.

Sources suggested that Biden was battling with a cold in the days before last night's debate - but had tested negative for Covid. A mass influx of migrants coming into the U.S. illegally across the southern border has led to a number of false and misleading claims by Trump.
