Even just that one consultation and being more mindful with the products I try has improved my skin so much more than I ever thought possible, though.
I know it’s still red, but I’m more in tune with rosacea triggers than ever and I think it’s probably something that a laser treatment could fix in future, but for now it’s not a huge issue for me. The other thing it’s taught me is just how important and effective having a consistent routine is, and really, that’s the reason why I love learning about skincare so much.
