The teams were asked to bake and sell bespoke baos for two corporate clients. The women, led by project manager Megan Hornby, had to create baos for a golf course business. Meanwhile, the men, with Bradley Johnson in charge, had to channel their inner children to craft baos for a children's luggage company.
Additionally, the teams would try to boost profit by selling their delicacies at two different London markets: The guys would be at Spitalfields, and the ladies would take over Greenwich Market.
