The band's record label, Apple Corps, has re-acquired 3 Savile Row in central London and will open a new visitor experience in 2027
The Beatles are set to make a return to 3 Savile Row, one of the most iconic addresses in the band's storied history, as plans emerge for a new fan attraction at the legendary London building.
The site previously served as the headquarters for The Beatles' record label, Apple Corps, and famously hosted the band's final public performance on its rooftop on January 30, 1969. It was also home to the recording studio where the track Let It Be was created. Apple Corps has now reacquired the central London property and will launch a new visitor experience spanning seven floors, showcasing previously unseen archive material and rotating exhibitions.
The attraction will include a faithful recreation of the original studio where Let It Be was recorded, and allow visitors to relive the legendary rooftop concert – immortalised in Peter Jackson's documentary Get Back – at the very location where it took place. Sir Paul McCartney said: 'It was such a trip to get back to 3 Savile Row recently and have a look around.
'There are so many special memories within the walls, not to mention the rooftop. 'The team have put together some really impressive plans and I'm excited for people to see it when it's ready. ' Sir Ringo Starr said: 'Wow, it's like coming home. ' The attraction, called The Beatles at 3 Savile Row, is scheduled to open in 2027, with a second experience currently under development.
