Miller Harris have just released their first new fragrance in over 18 months. Rêverie de Bergamote is a sunny, zesty uplifting scent tailor-made for the summer months. The hero note is from the Calabria region of Italy, where the finest bergamots are grown. The fragrance doesn't stick to the traditional path when it comes to the supporting cast. The aromatic notes of lavender, rosemary and basil are really well done - making it a citrus scent that has a bit more interest.
The fragrance itself is a rhapsody in bergamot. Extracted via traditional methods using natural sponge - this allows the real essence of the fruit to come alive on the skin. Then there's juicy mandarin to dial up the fruitiness and grapefruit to add some bitterness, as well as some green and floral notes. Everything is there to compliment, elevate and celebrate the mighty bergamot. On sunny days there's nothing better.
