Netflix's upcoming Bioshock movie will be helmed by the director of I Am Legend and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
Michael Green, credited with working on Logan and Blade Runner 2049, will write the scripthas revealed the director and writer of the upcoming BioShock film adaptation.
In a tweet on the official Netflix account, the streaming giant announced that Francis Lawrence, director of I am Legend and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, will helm the film The script will be written by Michael Green, who’s been credited with working on Logan, Blade Runner 2049 and American Gods. No synopsis of the film has been made public, though the tweet’s accompanying image shows a Big Daddy, in an expanded version of the cover art from the first game, suggesting it will take place in Rapture rather than Columbia.
