What is the blue zone diet? The blue zone diet is based on the findings from the places earmarked in the research and the commonalities they had with each other. You can read them in detail on the Blue Zones website.It is recommended that your diet becomes almost 100% plant based, and that veggies are eaten when they are in season making a priority for leafy greens. This also means plant-based oils rather than dairy based like butter.
