One visitor described it as a 'little slice of heaven'
It may be the summer holidays but the weather has been anything but summery in recent weeks. And those cloudy skies and constant showers may have left you longing for a beach destination with lots of sunshine and toasty temperatures.
As well as budget-friendly prices, Turkey is also home to breathtaking resorts with stunning natural scenery. Situated along its southwestern coast - known as the ‘turquoise coast’ is the resort of Dalaman. Consumer group Which? even named it among the cheapest all-inclusive holiday destinations.There are still cheap flights available from Manchester Airport to Dalaman in August. Skyscanner shows options from £110 one way, with returns available for a similar amount.
Another said it was a “little slice of heaven”. They wrote: “The most relaxing day swimming in lovely warm clear water, seeing the fish swimming beside you, watching the paragliders flying over you to land, will definitely be back next year.”
