However, first-time buyers should be warned thatThe other areas of Scotland that made it to the cheapest hotspots are Paisley, Renfrewshire , Ivrine, Ayrshire , and Aberbeen . In comparison, Rightmove also noted the most expensive first-time buyer hotspots in the UK. These May figures removed London from the ratings to give a fairer look at the country.
Thankfully for first-time and repeat buyers, not a single area of Scotland made it into the most expensive list.
