Mince meat is a cooking staple which is used in many dishes - and there's a way to make it taste even better.
That's according to Alex, who shares cooking tips and tricks under his @cookslasheat account. In a video, he explained how seeing other peoples' mince meat cooking methods leaves him "horrified", reports the Mirror. According to Alex, people aren't browning their meat for long enough - which means it's not taking on as much flavour as it should. He continued: "The point of browning your meat before you add your veg or whatever you're putting in is to introduce something called the Maillard reaction."
