It's back!
The third instalment of the Netflix show, which chronicles the life of Queen Elizabeth II, will return to our screens on Sunday 17 November.
Netflix announced the news in an exciting teaser trailer, which also revealed a transformation for Queen Elizabeth.Claire portrayed the head of state in the first two seasons of the hit drama. Olivia isn’t the only change to the cast as Tobias Menzies, 45, will take over from Matt Smith, 36, as Prince Philip.
Emerald Fennell, 33, will also join the cast as Camilla Shand, while Marion Bailey, 68, will take over as the Queen Mother, Josh O’Connor, 29, will play Prince Charles and Ben Daniels, 55, will take over as Princess Margaret’s husband Antony Armstrong-Jones.The first two seasons depicted the royals lives between the years of 1947 to 1964, whereas the third series will look at the next five years of their lives.“Yay can’t wait for this loved the first two series,” one viewer wrote.
