Apparently, Harry Styles has turned down the role of Prince Eric in the Disney live-action remake of The Little Mermaid. And fans are devastated.
The role that was not to be would have seen Harry star alongside Halle Bailey, who is set to play Ariel, and Melissa McCarthy, who stars as the evil - and iconic - Ursula. The music for the movie is set to draw from the original soundtrack we already know and love, along with some new additions penned by the original composers together with Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda.07 May 2019
